Equipment composition of steel pipe hydraulic press

Steel pipe hydraulic press is composed of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts. The mechanical part is mainly composed of the hydraulic press body and the auxiliary material for feeding and discharging. The hydraulic press body is the main equipment of the hydraulic tube tester. It is composed of 4 box-shaped tension beams, front beam equipment, rear beam equipment, lifting roller equipment and clamping pipe pulling equipment. . The feeding and discharging auxiliary machine is used to complete the functions of feeding, scouring, discharging, and empty water of the steel pipe. It is mainly composed of the feeding and transporting trolley, the discharging and transporting trolley, lifting rotary rollers, scouring equipment, lifting empty water equipment and Material rack.

Hydraulic part is composed of hydraulic part and hydraulic part. The hydraulic part of the unit is composed of a low-pressure water pump, a supercharger, a one-way valve group, and a liquid-filled tank, which completes the scouring of the steel pipe, fills the low-pressure water and pressurizes the high-pressure water. The centrifugal pump and liquid-filled tank are used to supply water, and the supercharger can pressurize, which can overflow the steel pipe under test in a short period of time and there are few air bubbles in the water. The quality of the water is high, which can greatly reduce the amount of pressurized water and shorten the pressurization time. The hydraulic test machine is all hydraulically driven. The hydraulic system is composed of three independent systems, namely the rear beam transmission system, the master cylinder pressure and hydraulic pressure balance tracking system, and the main hydraulic system. The main hydraulic system is composed of a fuel tank, a main oil pump, a cooler, a filter, an accumulator, an air filter, a level relay, a thermometer, an electric heater, and a control valve table. The functions of the main hydraulic system are to control the action of the supercharger, to fix the storage equipment, to enter and discharge the pipe transport trolley, to discharge the platform, to rotate the flushing equipment, and to clamp the pipe pulling equipment.
