Hydraulic press is a kind of machine that uses oil-water balance control to carry out hydrostatic test on steel pipe. Hardware architecture

Software system

The monitoring configuration software includes a development environment system and a running environment system. Their equipment is on the engineer station and the operator station. The engineer has the authority to operate the development environment system and the operating environment system, and the operator can only operate the operating environment system. In the operating environment system, hierarchical password protection is implemented. Operators with different permissions can only run operations with corresponding permissions. The engineer has the permission and he can perform all operations. The engineer uses the development environment system to announce the monitoring program, and the operating environment system serves as the current one.

Casting is divided into die forging and free forging according to the metal movement method during forming. Die forging is the forming of the metal in an approximately closed model. It is often used for small pieces in small batches. And large forgings. These large forgings cannot be produced by die forging, and can only be completed on a free casting press.
