For small-diameter steel pipes, our company needs dense fixtures to prevent compression and bending. It is suitable for hydraulic pressure test of steel pipes with a diameter of Φ6∽Φ76.
The equipment adopts two tension beam frame structures. The middle of the tension beam is provided with multiple sets of translational chain fixed distance dials for feeding and discharging, large gap seal type (high pressure) or radial contact seal type (low pressure), and oil-water booster-type water circuit design. Double head design, the moving head and the mobile beam are suspended on the longitudinal beam guide for a fixed distance movement, used to adjust the batch length, the inlet and outlet design of the bottom of the hydraulic press , double V-shaped centering clamping mechanism. The test tubes of different diameters only need to replace the seals, the inner spacer and the baffle of the head, and there is no need to disassemble the translational chain type feeding and discharging mechanism and the double V-shaped centering clamping mechanism. When the diameter of the test tube changes, only the jaws need to be replaced.
